ARRANGEMENTS TO KEEP US all SAFE
We remain absolutely committed to the health and wellbeing of our customers and our dynamic team and ensuring that NRG Cavern continues to be a safe place to visit and work.
In line with recent Government rules and changes in the law, we have updated our Covid-19 arrangements to ensure that our systems and processes comply fully with the law and other guidelines.
it is critical that everybody observes the key behaviours:
Wash your hands regularly and for at least 20 seconds.
Cover your face in enclosed spaces, especially where social distancing may be difficult and where you will come into contact with people you do not normally meet.
Stay 2 metres apart where possible, or 1 metre with extra precautions in place.
SPECIFIC MEASURES WE HAVE IN PLACE
We have an agreed Covid-19 Risk Assessment in place and our team is trained to ensure full compliance with our systems and working practices.
We have spaced tables and chairs in the café to comply with social distancing guidelines.
Our team will wear protective face coverings at all times.
Hand sanitiser is available to customers on arrival and throughout their stay.
Our customers will be asked to wear face coverings when entering the Café, except when seated at a table to eat or drink. (People already exempt from existing facing covering obligations because of underlying health conditions, will continue to be exempt from these new obligations.)
Customers must wait to be seated safely and food and drink must be ordered from, and served at, a table. Groups will be limited to a maximum of 6 people.
Every customer or group of customers entering the café shall provide a name, email address or telephone number, or scan the QR code.
We are displaying the official NHS QR code posters so that customers have the option of ‘checking-in’ using the App as an alternative to providing their contact details for track and trace purposes.
We are following a stringent cleaning regime that involves a thorough cleaning of the café at the beginning and end of the day. During service, we will be cleaning regularly all frequently touched surfaces, including tables, chairs, work surfaces, door handles, floors, sinks and WC. Menus will be wiped down with sanitising wipes after use.
Customers displaying symptoms of Covid-19 will be asked to leave the premises.
We prefer payment for food and drink to be made by bank or credit card.
